Welcome to Rudranath Productions LLP. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Nature of Product

  1. All car perfume cards sold by Rudranath Productions LLP are customized products.
  2. The design, image, text, or logo printed on the card is provided by the customer.
  3. Fragrance cards are made to order and cannot be resold to another customer.

Order Confirmation

  1. Orders are considered final and confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
  2. Any changes to images, text, or fragrance must be requested before production begins.
  3. Once the printing process has started, no changes can be made.

Image Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the quality, clarity, and legality of the images provided.

We are not responsible for:

  1. Low-resolution images
  2. Blurry or pixelated prints
  3. Color variation between screen and printed output

 

By submitting images, you confirm that:

  1. You own the rights to the image or
  2. You have permission to use the image for printing.

No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of the product, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Personal dissatisfaction
  3. Incorrect image provided by the customer
  4. Minor color or fragrance variation

Damaged or Defective Products

  1. If the product arrives physically damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Clear photos and an unboxing video may be required for verification.
  3. After verification, a replacement may be provided at our discretion.
  4. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Fragrance Disclaimer

Fragrance strength and longevity may vary based on:

  1. Weather conditions
  2. Vehicle ventilation
  3. Usage habits
  4. Fragrance duration is not guaranteed and is subjective.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other external factors.
  2. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
  3. Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may result in failed delivery.

Intellectual Property

  1. All product concepts, designs (excluding customer-provided images), branding, and content belong to Rudranath Productions LLP.
  2. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
  2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi/NCR courts.
